Terms of our service:

1. By submitting an enquiry to us through our website, you are under no obligation to purchase a car using our services.
2. If you choose to employ the services of Eat Car Source, we require a deposit equal to the fee represented on our Services page that corresponds to the car you require before any work commences. Our time is very valuable and this ensures we are both serious about finding the correct car for you.
3. We offer a no quibble, money back guarantee. If we are unsuccessful in sourcing your car during the first 30 days after receiving your deposit in full, we shall refund the payment. However, we reserve the right to recover any costs incurred during the search, up to and including the full amount of the pre-arranged service fee.
4. In the event that we find the car you want, within your specific guidelines provided at the time of your employment of our services then fail to make payment to the dealer and subsequently lose the car, you forfeit the fees you have paid to Easy Car Source, as we have carried out our service to the best of our ability.
5. For your own protection and peace of mind, your contract to buy the vehicle you require is between yourself, the customer, and the supplying dealer. Easy Car Source provides the service to source your car and will not be accountable for any contract which is signed or agreed between yourself and the supplying dealer.
6. Easy Car Source is committed to finding the vehicle to your requirements. Our staff and employees will ask many questions about your required vehicle to ensure accuracy. At the point of employing our services, you will be mailed a contract showing our terms and conditions and the required fee. Once we receive signed contracts and payment, our services commence. The time constraints mentioned in number 3 above, will also commence.
7. Cancellation before the time constraints mentioned in number 3 above, will result in your fee being returned to you minus a 50% administration fee.
